As General Manager, how would you describe the essence of Parque de Atracciones de Madrid to someone visiting for the first time?

Parque de Atracciones de Madrid is a place where lifelong memories are made. Its unique location within the city itself, together with easy access by public transport, allows visitors to arrive comfortably right at the park’s entrance. It is also a park with deep roots in the lives of Madrid residents, a place where generations have grown up and shared unforgettable moments. At its heart, it offers the perfect family escape: attractions for the youngest visitors, experiences designed for all ages, and high-adrenaline thrills for the boldest, all within a safe, welcoming environment created purely for enjoyment.

If you had to share just one insider tip to help guests make the most of their visit, what would it be?

My first recommendation would be not to forget to check our website or app, so they don’t miss any of our programming. There, visitors can find detailed information on show times, attractions and restaurants, meaning that once they arrive, they only need to focus on enjoying the day to the fullest.

Once inside the park, I would advise planning the visit according to attendance levels and queue times at any given moment;  information that is available both in the app and throughout the park. As a practical tip, scheduling meal times outside peak hours will also help optimize time and allow visitors to enjoy more attractions and experiences throughout the day.

Which attractions or experiences would you say are absolute must-dos, and why?

Parque de Atracciones de Madrid offers a wide and varied selection of rides and shows, allowing each visit to be tailored to different types of guests. For children and families, Nickelodeon Land stands out, with attractions such as PAW Patrol, designed for the bravest little ones, and La Jungla, which is perfect for younger children. Teenagers and thrill-seekers can make the most of their visit with rides like Abismo and Lanzadera, where they can challenge gravity and speed; Tarántula, which delivers a different experience every time; as well as Tornado and TNT, two must-try attractions.

For all audiences, the shows scheduled throughout the year are a key part of the park experience, especially during standout seasons such as Halloween and Christmas. And for visits during the warmer months and summer, attractions like Aserradero, Los Fiordos and Los Rápidos offer the perfect chance to cool off.

What is your personal favorite attraction or moment in the park?

My favorite moment is, without a doubt, when the park opens its gates and you can see the looks of excitement and happiness on visitors’ faces, especially those of the youngest guests. That reaction is the true heart of Parque de Atracciones de Madrid.

What advice would you give guests to plan their day better and avoid common mistakes?

I would recommend planning ahead for the most intense rides, as well as for meal times. It’s also worth bearing in mind that many of our attractions are especially enjoyable in the final hours of the day, once the sun goes down, when the park takes on a completely different atmosphere.
