The Group

Pascal Ferracci joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Before joining our group, Pascal was the CEO of Center Parcs Europe from October 2018 onwards, being as well Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group Executive Committee. He joined Pierre & Vacances in 2000 where he held different roles within the group before taking over as CEO of Center Parcs Europe.

Pascal has a thorough knowledge and experience in the leisure industry. Pascal led, in a multicultural environment, the transformation of Center Parcs, based on Company cultural changes, profitable growth, guest centric experience, product innovation and digitalization.

Pascal has also developed a strong background in finance. He was Chief Financial Officer at Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group and has worked as an auditor at PwC and lead M&A processes for the global credit insurer Coface. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Audencia Business School in Nantes.

John Reilly joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Operating Officer for USA and Australia region in December 2019. He was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer for all parks in all regions in September 2023.

John has extensive industry experience leading various disciplines including F&B, Merchandising and operations with leading USA leisure parks. Before joining Parques Reunidos he worked at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment for more than three decades, with his last position as Chief Operating Officer.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Yaelle joined Parques Reunidos in October 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. She has 20 years of experience across a variety of industries and international markets within major corporates such as Carrefour and Prisma Medios de Pago. She has worked extensively in complex retail organizations both at corporate level and subsidiaries. She also spent three years in the hotel sector earlier in her career and has worked extensively in various international markets, including Thailand, Brazil, and Argentina.

Yaelle has a master’s degree in finance, graduated from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe), together with a master’s degree in accountancy and financial management as part of her public accountant journey.

Cristina Carro joined Parques Reunidos as a senior lawyer in 2008, and was appointed General Counsel in 2011. Additionally, Cristina is the non-member secretary of the Board of Directors, as well as the non-member secretary of the Parques Reunidos Foundation.

Before joining our team, Cristina was a senior lawyer at Clifford Chance. She received the outstanding prize in her bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela, and she holds a Phd from the University of Passau (Bavaria, Germany), which she completed with cum laude honors. She was recently an honoree in the InspiraLaw list of the best 50 lawyer women in Spain and Portugal.

Samantha Laurent joined Parques Reunidos as Chief People and Organization Officer in February 2024.  Before joining our group, Samantha spent 17 years at Unilabs, where she held critical roles such as Chief People Officer and Chief Culture Officer.

With over 25 years of experience in crafting culture strategies, Samantha’s strengths lie in designing and executing holistic culture transformation initiatives that drive employee engagement, enhance leadership competencies, and elevate overall performance. She has a proven track record of turning cultural aspirations into reality, resulting in improved employee retention, higher productivity, and greater profitability.

Samantha holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Salford (UK) and is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

Isidora Díaz joined the Parques Reunidos Group in 2018 as Director of Safety, and was appointed Chief of Sustainability, Safety, Health and Environment Officer in 2020. Isidora has extensive experience in the areas of sustainability, health & safety and is a member of the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an independent international organization that is a pioneer in sustainability reporting.

Before joining Parques Reunidos, she was Corporate Director of Health & Safety for the LafargeHolcim Group and developed her professional career in positions of international responsibility both in the environmental and waste management area and in the construction materials industry.

Isidora was awarded Extraordinary Prize for her degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Murcia and holds a master degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. She also has a Master in Environmental Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Master in Business Administration from the ESADE Business School.

Oscar has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia and a Master in Economics and Finance. He has participated in maximum decision-making bodies in the area of technology and digital transformation in different sectors and multinational companies such as Unicaja Banco or Boston Consulting Group.

Oscar García joined Grupo Parques Reunidos in December 2019 as Chief Digital Officer as member of the executive committee.

Vicente Bosque joined Parques Reunidos in September 2021 as Sales&Marketing Director of Southern Europe. In October 2024, he was appointed as Comercial&Marketing Director of Central, Northern Europe and Nordics, and in July 2025 he stepped up as Chief Customer Officer.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial management and strategy across the EMEA markets, Vicente has built his career in the leisure, entertainment, travel, and tourism industries, as well as the travel technology sector. Before joining Parques Reunidos, he held various leadership roles at Amadeus, where he oversaw commercial strategy and management for Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC in Madrid and London as a Strategic Consultant.

Vicente holds a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and an MBA from IESE Business School.
