Insider Tips from Our General Managers: Getting Ready for 2026 at Bobbejaanland

Bobbejaanland is a park full of character, where generations have grown up sharing laughter, thrills and memories. Blending nostalgia with modern attractions, it continues to evolve while staying true to its roots. To get ready for 2026, we spoke with Yves Peeters, General Manager, about insider tips, must-see experiences and how guests can make the most of their visit, whatever their age.

As General Manager, how would you describe the essence of Bobbejaanland to someone visiting for the first time?

Bobbejaanland offers a holiday in a day.  The park is designed for the whole family to enjoy.

Thanks to the variety of attractions, we are in tune with all ages.  There is a surprise in every corner during different seasons, going from shows on the park’s central lake in summer, to new wonderful, haunted houses during the Halloween period, and lots of cool activities during Bobbejaanland Wintert.

In Bobbejaanland guests make memories over generations for 65 years now, and we are more than happy to facilitate new memories for all generations to come.

If you had to share just one insider tip to help guests make the most of their visit, what would it be?

Relax and only use your mobile phone to take pictures. The park is easy to navigate. All attractions are located around the central lake, with Bourgondic snack bars in between. If you start your day early, there will be enough time to feel the adrenaline, enjoy the entertainment, and take a break for a snack in a safe and astonishing green environment.

Which attractions or experiences would you say are absolute must-dos, and why?

All 😉.

A ride on our Ferris wheel offers a magnificent view over the park and its surroundings.

Our launch coaster Fury, if your body can handle a speed of 106 km/h, is an absolute must-do for adrenaline lovers, just like Sledge Hammer, for even more gravity, speed, and height.

If you love the Halloween period, I highly recommend doing a visit in October – November to experience one of our premium Haunted Houses.

More of a Christmas fan?  Then I truly believe that a visit to our park in winter atmosphere, with more than 800 Christmas trees and over 500,000 Christmas lights, will completely blow you off your feet.

What is your personal favorite attraction or moment in the park?

Definitely the indoor coaster Revolution. Although this Vekoma ride is more than 35 years old, this attraction, featuring the longest roller coaster train in the world, still offers a must-do experience for our guests!

What advice would you give guests to plan their day better and avoid common mistakes?

Just ENJOY! Don’t plan too much and live the experience. Challenge your kids on the rides.  Take your grandparents on the Ferris wheel or kiss your date in one of the carousels.  It is time to have fun with your family and friends and make lifetime memories.

Looking ahead to 2026, what can our visitors expect? Are there any novelties, improvements or surprises you’re particularly excited about?

We will celebrate our 65 anniversary with a new Nickelodeon Parade, more music, activities on our central lake, and novelties during the Halloween period.

What would you like to say to guests who are considering visiting Bobbejaanland this season?

Visit our unique park, enjoy, and let us know how you experienced your journey.  We love to listen to our guests and continuously improving their experience at every moment.
