Madrid, September 28 2026 - This Halloween, the curtain is going up on something new at Parque de Atracciones de Madrid.

Lacrimosa, a new musical production created for the park’s Gran Teatro Auditorio, will bring music, mystery, and a carefully crafted visual world to this year’s celebrations. Families will have something new to discover too, with Un laboratorio muy loco, a brand-new experience for 2026 joining the park’s three children’s haunted walkthroughs.

Together, these new experiences add to a wide-ranging Halloween program that brings together some of the park’s most iconic seasonal experiences, live entertainment, and family fun in the heart of Madrid.

And bringing it all to life takes months of work behind the scenes – from performance and storytelling to sets, makeup, and rehearsals.

Sara González, Head of PR & Communications, tells us what the team has created for Halloween 2026 and what it takes to transform Parque de Atracciones de Madrid for the season.

What makes Halloween at Parque de Atracciones de Madrid different from anywhere else?

It combines some of the most iconic Halloween experiences in the heart of Madrid with a wide range of shows and family entertainment, so everyone can find their own way to enjoy the season.

If you could recommend just one Halloween experience that guests absolutely shouldn’t miss this year, what would it be – and why?

Without a doubt, Lacrimosa.

It is one of our biggest new experiences this year: a spectacular production combining music, mystery, and a carefully crafted visual aesthetic.

What are you introducing or doing differently for Halloween 2026?

We are premiering the musical Lacrimosa in our Gran Teatro Auditorio, as well as a new family experience, Un laboratorio muy loco.

Both join an already extensive Halloween program, adding new experiences for adults and families alike.
