Juan Barbolla, senior vice president Strategic Planning and Investor Relations

Juan Barbolla has been appointed senior vice president Strategic Planning and Investor Relations at Parques Reunidos. Juan Barbolla will be in charge of the Group’s strategic planning and the relations with the existing and potential investors, both equities and fixed income, and with the Spanish regulator (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores).

Barbolla has been executive director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division since 2007, with a broad experience in M&A, equity and debt capital markets. Previously, he worked at Merrill Lynch, in London, as an associate in the Investment Banking Division and was business analyst at McKinsey & Company, advising different large and medium-size Spanish corporates.

Juan Barbolla has an MBA by MIT Sloan School of Management and two Bachelor degrees, Electronic Engineering and Physics, by Universidad de Valladolid.
