Shareholder Agreements

The Company is not aware of any agreement among shareholders (pactos parasociales) of the company.

Alantra Asset Management, SGIIC, S.A. (“Alantra AM”) and Alantra EQMC Asset Management, SGIIC, S.A. (“Alantra EQMC”) (IIC managers of the Alantra Group) maintain a shared policy regarding th votin rights of the shares in PARQUES REUNIDOS SERVICIOS CENTRALES, S.A. held by the investment entities managed. Alantra AM and Alantra EQMC are controlled by Alantra Partners, S.A., the parent company of the Alantra Group. However, Alantra AM and Alantra EQMC will exercise the voting rights completely independent from Alantra Partners, S.A.
